Delivery

How long it takes

Orders arrive in six to ten days. Every piece is printed after you order it, so that window covers both the making and the delivery. It is not a next-day service and it is not meant to be.

If you are buying for a birthday or for Christmas, order with a week or so in hand.

What it costs

UK delivery is free when you buy two or more pieces. It comes off at the basket, with nothing to enter.

On a single piece, delivery is worked out at the checkout. It depends on the size, and you will see the amount before you pay.

Where we send to

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Tracking

You will get an email when the order is placed, and another when it is on its way.

When it arrives

Every piece arrives ready to hang, with the fixings already on the back. Open the box and check the piece over as soon as it turns up. If anything is wrong, tell us within fourteen days. See returns.
