Who we are

This store is operated by Cristal Club. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email to confirm it. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund you in full.

Every piece is printed after you order it. Once printing has begun an order cannot be changed or cancelled, so please check your size and finish before paying.

Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling. Delivery is worked out at the checkout and shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

We do not run a permanent sale, and we do not show a struck-through price this store has never charged.

The artwork

Every design is our own original work. You are buying a printed piece for your own use. You may not copy, reproduce or resell the artwork, and copyright in the designs stays with us.

Screens vary. Colours on your piece may differ slightly from how they look on your monitor or phone.

Delivery and returns

Delivery times are on the delivery page. Returns are covered on the returns page. Both form part of these terms.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Liability

Our liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the piece. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, which cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies.
